Thanks guys! I think carbs affect me more than fat as well, but maybe I think that as a justification to eat my cheese haha. I will try to lay off the cheddar and eat low fat cheese less often maybe Ill see some results. But its gonna be hard, I literally eat it everyday ugh. Just gotta keep my mind on my goal!

What is everyone’s stance on eating cheese or any type of dairy when trying to achieve weight loss?
I just can’t seem to shake my love for cheese. I literally have it on everything I want ugh. And I work at baskin robbins- so the occasional sample of ice cream happens everyday. But im losing weight! Maybe its all based on portion control?
