If you are trying to lose weight, cut down on your sugar! Yes I commend you on trying to go gluten free for your health but that does not give you a free-for-all to go crazy with baked goods.
Focus on healthy eating. Grab those veggies and fruits and do your body a favor. Cut out the sugar!
